Dr. Johnny Wu, MD, FACP, FACCP, CCHP-A, CCHP-CP is a board-certified internist and distinguished leader in correctional medicine. As EVP and Chief Clinical Officer at Centurion Health, he oversees clinical operations delivering compassionate, high-quality care in correctional facilities nationwide. With over two decades of experience, including roles at UCONN Health and Rutgers Health correctional programs, Dr. Wu advances standards through the American College of Correctional Physicians.
↩ Click to flip backDr. Justin Sterett, MD is a primary care physician and correctional medicine leader with 10+ years in correctional healthcare spanning U.S. facilities and global health. He serves as Chief Medical Officer at Virtu Medical and provides part-time physician services to the Alaska Department of Corrections. He is also an Air National Guard flight surgeon serving in Alaska, where he works with combat search and rescue.
↩ Click to flip backJeffrey E. Keller began his career as a Board-Certified emergency physician. At the request of the local County Commissioners, Dr. Keller began providing medical care to incarcerated people at the local county jail. Over several years, this grew into a company that provided medical and mental health care to patients in 17 jails and juvenile centers in Idaho.
From 2013 to 2018, Dr. Keller was the Chief Medical Officer of Centurion, supervising medical services in several states including Florida, Minnesota and Tennessee. He has now retired from clinical practice but continues to work as a correctional medicine consultant.
He has been awarded the Armond Start Award of Excellence from the American College of Correctional Physicians and the B. Jaye Anno Award of Excellence in Communications from the National Commission of Correctional Health Care. Dr. Keller is the author of the book The Best of Jail Medicine: An Introduction to Correctional Medicine.
↩ Click to flip backJessica Roquemore is the Executive Director of the American College of Correctional Physicians (ACCP), a role she has held since 2025. She brings more than a decade of association leadership to the College, having served twelve years as Chief Financial Officer of the International Corrections and Prison Association, where she oversaw membership, conferences, webinars, and the organization’s website. Jessica is also Director of the Conference for the Association of Correctional Investigative Leaders and a Project Coordinator with Health Through Walls, supporting correctional health programs in more than fifteen countries. With a longstanding affiliation with the Correctional Leaders Association (CLA) spanning over twelve years, she is deeply connected across the correctional community and dedicated to advancing the mission of ACCP.
