Peer Learning Opportunities: Project ECHO panel
Objectives
- Describe the Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) model
- Identify current examples of Project ECHO in corrections
- Explore future peer learning network opportunities for correctional health

Dr. Jennifer Clarke
Bio
Dr. Jennifer Clarke is a board-certified internal medicine physician and clinician researcher. She has worked in corrections for over 25 years and led the implementation of the first comprehensive MOUD program in a correctional facility during her tenure as medical director for the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. She currently partners with the American Correctional Association to develop and implement peer learning opportunities in correctional health.

Dr. Wendy Orm
Dr. Wendy Orm is the Director of Academics and Special Projects, and the Idaho Statewide Medical Director for Centurion. She is a family medicine physician with over 10 years of experience working in correctional health.

Dr. John May
Dr. John May is Board Certified Internist working in carceral health for more than 30 years in a variety of settings. He is Chief Medical Officer for Centurion Health, Program Director for the Nova/Centurion Correctional Healthcare Fellowship, and faculty member at Noval Southeastern University Kiran C Patel School of Osteopathic Medicine. He serves as Chair of the International Committee of the American Correctional Association and health advisor for the International Corrections and Prisons Association. He is co-founder and President of Health through Walls, a non-governmental organization supporting prison health programs in low-resourced countries.
