Gregory Dix

Bio

Gregory Dix, MSPharm, RPh is the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Operations at Rutgers University Correctional Health Care, where he leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, compliant healthcare across New Jersey’s correctional facilities. With over two decades of experience spanning pharmacy leadership, healthcare consulting, and Health IT integration, he specializes in aligning clinical operations with regulatory standards and advancing patient safety through innovative policy and system design.

John Manning

John Manning, PharmD, is a seasoned clinical pharmacist with over seven years of experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center and more than a decade in pharmacy practice, including specialized work in correctional healthcare. He brings deep expertise in medication therapy management, polypharmacy review, and interdisciplinary collaboration across hospital, retail, and correctional settings. John is passionate about optimizing patient outcomes through evidence-based pharmaceutical care and continuous professional development.

Vince Grattan

 Vince Grattan has a bachelors degree in pharmacy with nearly 30 years of corrections experience in corrections.  He is a registered pharmacist based in Pennsylvania with experience in automated pharmaceutical dispensing, mail order pharmacy operations, as well as clinical pharmacy and formulary development.  Vince is currently Centurion’s Director of Clinical Pharmacy and helps manage the clinical and operational aspects of pharmaceutical delivery to Centurion’s patients. 

Gerald Jorgenson

Gerald Jorgenson has 45 years of experience in hospital-based, correctional, and mental health areas of nursing. After earning a BSN from the University of Missouri and an MBA from
William Woods University, Gerald spent 24 years in progressive leadership positions in the Missouri and Arkansas correctional systems, culminating with responsibilities for all medical and
mental health care provided in Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC). He now has oversight of the KDOC health services vendor contract with the University of Kansas Medical
Center and serves as the health authority for KDOC.
