Dr. Ladele
Dr. Ladele is a clinical leader with a background in operations management, which was enhanced with management of a hospital system for the FLDOC. He is a alumni of Morehouse College, Tennessee State Univ., UMDNJ Medical School, and THE Ohio State Univ. Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr Philip Tippen
Dr. Philip Tippen is the Statewide Medical Director of Missouri, with nearly two decades of experience in internal medicine and correctional healthcare. A graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, he trained at Bassett Healthcare/Columbia University and practiced in Cape Girardeau for 17 years before transitioning into correctional medicine. After serving as Site and Associate Statewide Medical Director, he assumed his current role in 2023.
